About me:
I’m Aeronica, a certified Indian yoga teacher (500 YTT), based in the United States. My journey with yoga began at a young age, guided by my mother, and has grown into a lifelong path of self-discovery and healing.
I believe the true essence of Yog goes far beyond physical fitness or flexibility. It’s a practice that nurtures deep connection—to your Atman (higher self), to your body’s wisdom, and to the divine, in whatever form resonates with you.
In this season of life—where hormone shifts, perimenopause, or menopause may bring unexpected changes—yoga offers powerful tools for balance, resilience, and self-compassion.
At FlowithAero, I offer two pathways:
🌿 Yoga classes that blend breathwork (Pranayama), mantra, asana, and meditation to harmonize mind, body, and spirit—especially supportive during life’s hormonal transitions.
🌱 Flexibility and mobility classes that incorporate strength, dynamic stretching, and yogalates to help you feel strong, fluid, and grounded.
I also provide personalized guidance to help you cultivate self-awareness, reconnect with yourself, and prioritize your healing and well-being. My classes welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners—especially women navigating life’s natural shifts.
